Please only use this form after you have been in contact with the office to confirm availability.

Please complete and submit the form. We will then pencil your booking and issue an invoice. Bookings are confirmed once payment is made. Payment must be made in advance of the booking date.

Please add the date/s, days and times you require, with a start date and finish date and a start time and finish time. Please note that all bookings start and finish from the booked time - if you require time to 'set up' or 'clear' then you will need to build this into your booking. Minimum booking is 1 hour. Minimum part of an hour is 30 minutes.
